Just like any other repair shop, they're good for a short period of time, but will inevitably screw you over eventually when something goes wrong. Beauty of free enterprise is shopping around for better service, so I'd say beware. I understand a business has to operate at profitability, but screwing over anybody with a pulse because they refuse to offer even minor courtesy after a problem that THEY misdiagnosed causes damage crosses the line by a decent margin. I'd say take your business elsewhere, these guys epitomize the stereotype of the American mechanic. A sneering opportunist who will shake your hand one minute, then turn around and screw you over the first chance they get.
